从2月25日开始减肥
早餐:白稀饭,一个鸡蛋,一点蔬菜
午餐: 蔬菜汤
晚餐:白稀饭,加水果
回家七天,重了六斤,成功突破120J.
减肥减肥!!!!
争取一个月内瘦到105就好了。
至少是正常水平啊
